Ms. Roebuck has worked as a part of St. Francis Foundation since
1975 occupying a variety of positions before becoming Executive Director
in 1987. She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at
Lafayette. Ms. Roebuck has served on a variety of committees
and boards as part of her work at St. Francis Foundation. She was
recently awarded a Cornerstone Award by the United Way of Acadiana for
her participation as a Mentor in their Outcomes Measurement
Program. Ms. Roebuck currently serves as a member of the newly
established Lafayette Commission on the Needs of the Homeless and the
Coalition for Homelessness (ARCH). |

Ms. Begnaud has worked for St. Francis Foundation since 1993,
occupying the position of Treatment Director since 1997. She has
worked in the treatment field since 1992 in a variety of settings.
Ms. Begnaud is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at
Lafayette. She has a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Behavioral
Sciences and a double minor: Substance Abuse and Child & Family
Studies. In addition, she is currently attending Louisiana State
University where she is pursuing a Master's Degree in Social Work.
While attending the University of Louisiana she served as Treasurer and
Vice President of the National Blue Key Honor Society. |

Ms. Semar has worked for St. Francis Foundation since 1978 and holds
a key position in relationship to many activities in the facility.
She is a "jack of all trades" and not only runs the office and
computer aspects of the programs operations, but coordinates dietary and
supply operation as well. Ms. Semar serves as Coordinator of
Family Support Services at the Extra Mile (an organization that serves
the mentally handicapped and other needy populations in the
area).
Ms. Semar has been instrumental in
starting several ToughLove parental support groups in this area and
remains an active part of the groups' operations. |
